Our Programmes

Our programmes for

Young People

Open Cast CIC is a social enterprise using Taste Community Central to provide training, employment and community to the Young People of Doncaster. The young people we work with are those aged 16 to 25 who could benefit from our support to move on into employment.

We work holistically with our trainees, offering personalised training and support so they can overcome barriers in their search for employment. Our trainees achieve qualifications and gain experience that will open doors for them.

Trainees are given the opportunity to learn and gain experience by working with and serving our regular Community Groups. These groups use Taste Community Central on a weekly basis and benefit from our activities alongside our trainees.
